Synopsis

In a future that is a little too close for comfort, where people are dependent on robots, Max, a former teacher with an aversion to technology, earns a living with her daughter by carrying out small-scale schemes. She has a plan: to kidnap a state-of-the-art robot and sell it for parts. But everything goes wrong. Flanked by this annoying robot, she embarks on a chase to find her daughter and prove that there is still a little humanity left in this world.
