What are the prices ?
Can I pay by Bancontact online ?
You can pay with your traditional bank card by choosing the MAESTRO option.
How can I buy tickets, on site, online... ?
You can buy your tickets online or at the box office. It is advisable to buy your tickets online in order to get the best seats and to guarantee yourself a seat for the most awaited movies.
Online, you can pay via Visa, Mastercard as well as your normal bank card via MAESTRO.
How much does parking cost ?
Parking at the shopping center costs € 2.80 per hour.
Le White offers a preferential rate reserved for our customers of one paid hour for the whole evening from 6 p.m. every day.
Before 6 p.m., you pay the normal rate.
On Sunday, you only pay 1 hour for 3 hours of parking.
Access to public transport is also very easy.
What are the opening hours and days?
We are open 365 days a year. To find out what time we are open, check the sessions on the home page. We are open 30 minutes before each session and are open until the end of the last session of the day.
Do the movies start at the specified time?
Trailers and commercials start at the specified time. The movie starts 10 to 15 minutes later (20 minutes if there are a lot of trailers at certain times of the year).
A movie indicated at 6:00 PM starts between 6:10 PM and 6:20 PM (maximum).
What can we eat and drink at the cinema?
We offer a wide range of drinks and snacks that you can consult on this page.
Only what is purchased at the cinema can be consumed in the rooms. We also ask you to please dispose of your waste in the garbage cans at the end of the show out of respect for the staff and the other customers.
What do the 6-9-12-14-16-18 etc. mean?
Cinecheck helps guide parents, teachers, caregivers and young people themselves in choosing a film appropriate to their age and sensitivity.
Cinecheck includes 7 age categories (all audiences, 6, 9, 12, 14, 16 and 18 years old) and 6 content pictograms (violence, anxiety, sex, discrimination, drug/alcohol abuse, rudeness).
Each film is classified according to an age category and, where applicable, one or more content categories.
These are recommendations, if you want to see a film recommended for 12+ with your 11 year old, you can.
Description of each logo:
All audiences
The age category “all audiences” indicates that a media film contains no harmful elements.
Potentially harmful up to age 6
Mild violence, threats of violence, injury, or images of threatening creatures, monsters, or ghosts may occur in the 6-year-old age group. The age 6 category is designed to protect young children from certain scary and violent content. It is generally accepted in the literature that children under the age of 7 do not distinguish well between reality and fantasy in the media.
Potentially harmful up to age 9
Violence against children or animals, mild horror effects, human corpses, and accident or illness victims may occur in age group 9.
Potentially harmful up to age 12
Penetrating and harsh scenes of violence, highly anxious/affected individuals, and serious or bloody/deadly injuries may occur in this age group. In addition, this content may contain sexual language or actions, discriminatory language and excessive use of alcohol, soft drugs or hard drugs.
Potentially harmful up to age 14
The age category of 14 and above is new. This category was introduced because youth experience a significant mental and cognitive shift around age 14. At this age, they are able to better distance themselves from certain images (adult discount), which allows them to put certain scary content and violence into perspective. Since puberty has generally begun at this age, interest and attitude toward sexual content has also changed, making young people less uncomfortable.
Potentially harmful up to age 16
Intrusive, harsh or merciless sexual violence or abuse, violent, frightening images, or frightening effects can occur in the 16-year-old age category. This category also includes many explicit sexual acts, showing genitalia (in detail) during the acts. Excessive use of alcohol/soft drugs or hard drugs is, in addition, placed in a favorable light.
Potentially harmful up to age 18
This category is new and was introduced for extremely violent, frightening or sexually explicit films.
Violence
Audiovisual violence can have several harmful consequences. Watching violence can make children more aggressive, trivialize violence in the eyes of children and make children anxious. Cinecheck has taken these three negative effects into account. The classification of violence is based on three characteristics: the level of reality of the violence, the extent to which the consequences of the violence are depicted (blood, serious injury, mutilation), and the extent to which the perpetrator of the violence attracts sympathy.
Anxiety
The effects of anxiety are clearly dependent on the level of cognitive development of the viewer. Research shows that adults and older children can watch a scary movie in two ways. They can let their emotions run wild and sit back and enjoy the thrill of the screen. But they can also tune out emotionally by thinking that what they are seeing is not real. In these cases, adult viewers and older children apply a mechanism called “adult discounting” in the Anglo-Saxon literature. Studies show that children under 9 years of age are not yet able to apply this principle when they watch fiction. They may know that what they see is fictional, but they still cannot use this knowledge to process scary media content while watching it. We took this into account in the Cinecheck classification by specifically looking at items that give an indication of the fictional nature of productions. Within the category of scary, three other elements are important: things that look scary, characters in a production who are scared or in pain, and scary sounds and special effects.
Sex
Sexuality is a content characteristic on which all media productions are classified worldwide. The two consumer surveys on which Cinecheck is based showed that parents also consider it important to know if a production contains sexual content. Many parents are convinced that it is not desirable for children to watch sex at an early age. The concept of sex in these content analyses is interpreted broadly and may cover fondling, kissing, and sexual intercourse, but also images of scantily clad or provocatively dressed characters and conversations about sex.
Discrimination
Studies show that parents like to be informed about discriminatory language in the media. Therefore, we included discrimination as a content category in Cinecheck based on a broad definition of discrimination. Discrimination is any expression that describes certain population groups as inferior on the basis of race, religion, skin color, gender, nationality, or ethnicity.
Drugs and/or alcohol abuse
As with discrimination, a potentially harmful consequence of hard drug use and soft drug and alcohol abuse in broadcast media is that children begin to view these acts as normal. When the use of these substances is portrayed in a positive light, children and adolescents may even feel that it is worthwhile to try them. Many characters in movies and TV shows drink alcohol. These are often characters that children can relate to.
Coarse language
Consumer research has shown that parents are relatively concerned about the prevalence of foul language in the media and would like to be informed about it. Cinecheck addresses this need. It is likely that children are taking them as examples, which is a potentially harmful consequence. The question, however, is which age is most susceptible to the effects of foul language. Children as young as 2 years old are already regularly imitating media slogans and phrases. However, coarse and obscene language also seems to be frequently adopted in the subcultures of older children and adolescents. For this reason, we have chosen to inform parents of the presence of foul language, but not to associate it with an age classification.

Is monday at 5 euros all mondays ?
Tickets are 7,5 euros for all films every Monday except school vacations and public vacations. To check the price of a film, click on a session and you will see the price indicated.
